SD5020 is a highly accurate temperature measurement IC. It supports single wire bus communication and outputs 12 bits temperature readings. The typical error is ±0.5℃ for the -10~+85℃ range, and ±0.8℃ for the -55~+125℃ range. Over-temperature alarm thresholds and hysteresis can be set through internal register.
        Each chip has a unique 40 bits address useful for multi-slave communication system.
